Potato Soup Ajiaco Style, MAGGI, 90g. Ajiaco is a unique Colombian dish that is especially popular in the city of Bogota. It is a hearty chicken soup with potatoes and corn on the cob. Small yellow Andean potatoes called papas criollas dissolve and thicken the soup as it cooks. Ajiaco is traditionally served with avocado slices, capers and mild sour cream.
Preparation instructions: 1- Dissolve the contents of the sachet (90 g) in 6 cups (1440 ml) of water at room temperature. 2- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. 3-Cook for a further 7 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Ready to serve.
